THE FIRST SMILE
I remember a time when David didn't find anything too funny. At times, he still gets that way with strangers. The first smile was the absolute best. No, it wasn't gas this time. It was the real thing. I had been trying forever to get him to crack a grin. Around the time he was five weeks old, he just did it. I'm so happy I got a picture.
